PUBLIC RECORDS POLICY

Lists of registered voters 

          The Secretary of the County Election Board prints lists of registered voters.  The Secretary collects a fee of 25 cents per page for such specially-printed reports.

           Those same voter registration records are available on electronic media at the State Election Board.  All records are written in ASCII format on compact disks (cds).  The fees are:

          Statewide                                $150.00
          State Senate District                     35.00
          State Representative Dist.              20.00
          County                                        35.00
