AGENDA FOR CREEK COUNTY ELECTION BOARD MEETING

As required by Title 25, Section 311 of the Oklahoma Statutes, notice is hereby given that the Creek County Election Board will hold a regular meeting on July 29, 2008, at 2:00 p.m.

The place and address of the meeting will be the County Election Board office, 230 East Hobson Avenue , Sapulpa , Oklahoma .

AGENDA

Following is a list of the business to be conducted by the County Election Board at the above-mentioned meeting:

1. Discuss and approve minutes for the meeting held May 16, 2008.

2. Process absentee ballots for the July 29, 2008, Primary Elections.

3. Recess meeting, if necessary, and reconvene at 6:30 p.m. in the same location.

4. Approve substitute Precinct Officials for the July 29, 2008, Primary Elections.

5. Canvass federal, state, and county returns for the July 29, 2008, Primary Elections.

6. Discuss new business.

7. Adjourn.
